Commercial Window Cleaning Redifined

We provide our clients with safe, professional and cost effective methods for working in high or difficult to reach locations. We offer a complete window cleaning service for Commercial buildings, Offices and High Rise developments. Whether a one off clean as part of refurbishment or regular window cleaning, we have competent teams ready to carry this out safely.

All our operatives are trained in Working at Heights, IPAF & PASMA which is complemented by accredited training namely; CSR, Frist Aid, Fire Safety, Manual Handling, Slips, Trips & Falls, Environmental Safety, PPE, COSHH and many more.  A site specific risk assessment and method statement programme of works will accompany prior to the task commencing.

Our experienced staff can clean your windows safely and efficiently using various different methods and techniques. These techniques can vary, and below we have explained a few of our methods.

Traditional Method

This method involves the use of the traditional applicator and squeeze.

All windows are cleaned using the applicator with soap solution and the windows are squeezed dry of all excess water with the squeeze.

Water-Fed Pole / Reach & Wash System

This method provides our operatives with the ability to clean windows using 100% pure lab graded de-ionised water, it is then pumped through telescopic poles enabling ranges from 3ft to 65ft operating from ground level thus reducing risk and the requirement to work at height.

Access Equipment also know to some people as, MEWPS

We use this equipment for high level or just awkward to reach buildings, enabling us to reach heights of up to 150 feet in a safe and controlled manner.

We use this method of access for various different reasons but most of all for the fact that it allows us the facility to reach the areas where normal access methods would not normally reach.

This service enables us to undertake specification of works such as; Traditional window cleaning; Gutter cleaning; Signage cleaning or install; Power washing of the external façade of building.

Harness Window Cleaning

Our lanyard works are carried out from inside a building, the harness is attached to IBOLT to enable safe access to clean the exterior windows

Cradle Work

All our operatives have been trained in the safe use of cradles.  In the case of cradles we need to ensure there is safe access and egress in case of malfunction. We would also check the Certificate of Thorough Examination. Each cradle has a Safe Working Limit, which must be strictly adhered to.
